Do you provide in-person estimates?
In-person estimates may be provided based on location & availability. However, we 1st provide rough estimates via phone based on a brief interview & photos of your yard. (Based on customer feedback our rough estimates via phone are pretty accurate).
Do I need to be present for my appointment(s)?
We'd love to meet you, however, you do not need to be present during your appointment. We ask that you confirm service requests, payment terms, thoroughly pooper scoop & leave all gates unlocked and accessible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash. We accept checks on an individual basis. ( *PayPal transaction fee is 2.9%.+.30)
Customer is responsible for any and all NSF fees incurred by Sprucing Up GA.
When is payment due?
1st time Customers: If you are not physically present for your appointment please make payment arrangements before service is rendered.
Photos of completed work will be sent via text or e-mail.
Payment is due before or at time of service. (If you are not present for the Initial Service and/or large project partial payment upfront is required and the balance is due before we leave your property, even if you are not present).
Monthly invoices are sent via PayPal.com. However, you can still pay via check, cash, etc. A personal PayPal account is not required.
What do I need to do before my appointment?
Obtain rough estimate and confirm payment arrangements.
Provide clear & concise requests.
Secure dogs inside your home.
Pooper scoop your entire yard thoroughly.
Point out hidden items in overgrown lawns ie. lights, yard ornaments, wholes, stumps, cable wires, etc. We complete a walk-through but its beneficial if you too point out any hazards.
What if I need to skip my next appointment?
We understand you may need to reschedule service however we cannot guarantee your usual rate. Rate will remain the same when you resume regularly scheduled service.
What happens if I frequently cancel or reschedule service?
Cancellations/rescheduling require 36-Hour notice. A $30.00 Fee will apply to appointments repeatedly cancelled in less than 24 hrs. and/or if we cannot gain access to your yard due to locked or blocked gates.
How long have you been in business?
We opened in 2013.
