Do I need to be present for my appointment?
We'd love to meet you, however, you do not need to be present during your appointment.

Do you provide in-person estimates?

We usually provide rough estimates via phone based on a brief interview & on-line photos of your home. However, in-person estimate may be provided based on location, need & availability. Based on our experience & customer feedback our rough estimates via phone are pretty accurate.  

What forms of payment do you accept?
1st time Customers: Cash, Zelle (FREE transfer service offered by most banks), Check or PayPal (Debit/Credit). We may accept checks on an individual basis.

Regular Customers: Cash, Check, Zelle, PayPal.

 *PayPal transaction fee is 2.9%.+.30 fee may apply. 
Customer is responsible for any and all NSF fees incurred by Sprucing Up GA. 

When is payment due?
1st time Customers: If you are not physically present for your appointment please make payment arrangements before​ service is rendered.

Payment is due before or at time of service. Click PayPal drop down button to submit payment OR

Monthly invoices will be sent to your e-mail address via PayPal.com. PayPal account not required.

What do I need to do before my appointment?
Obtain rough estimate and confirm payment arrangements
Provide clear & concise requests
Provide a key, garage or lock box code, and/or unlock gates
Pooper scoop your entire yard thoroughly.
Tidy up home & lawn. Please pick up excess toys, papers, solar walk way lights, dog toys, etc.

(we're not responsible for items hidden in overgrown lawns for example, etc.) 
And most importantly, Trust us! We won't let you down...Promise!

What if I need to skip my next appointment?

We understand you may need to delay service due to vacation, weather, etc., however your next bill might increase, if there is more cleaning and/or yard work required to due skipped appointments.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations/rescheduling require 24-Hour notice. A $30.00 Fee will apply to appointments repeatedly cancelled in less than 24 hrs. and/or if we cannot gain access into your home or yard due to locked doors or gates. 
How long have you been in business?
We opened in 2013.
